As a Senior Manager, you will take responsibility for your own project stream and design solutions for our clients' key challenges. Your tasks:

• Managing your own project stream with full responsibility for results and quality
• Developing innovative financial strategies and sustainable solutions
• Analyzing complex challenges, identifying areas for action, and developing actionable measures
• Working directly with clients—from strategy to implementation
• Combining data analysis, research, interviews, and workshops to generate new insights
• Supporting clients with tools and insights to achieve long-term impact

Your qualifications and strengths:

• Completed degree or comparable qualification - the field of study is secondary, your skills are what matter
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, finance, or related fields
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with clear judgment
• Excellent communication skills in German and English - both written and spoken
• Experience in developing financial solutions and in project management
• High level of initiative, reliability, and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
• Enjoy working in a team and helping clients achieve success in a spirit of partnership
